Sports-specific yoga
Sports-specific yoga is designed to help you recover better, move with more ease and reduce injury rates.
Regular sessions will help improve strength, joint range, flexibility and balance as well as learning how to stay calm and focused. I also work on functional breathing patterns which are essential for better athletic function.
I have trained with Sarah Ramsden who worked extensively in the Premier League, bringing yoga to football as part of a club’s injury prevention strategy.
I have worked with Colchester United Community Trust and Colchester Rugby club specifically on how yoga can be used as a tool for post-match recovery, mobility and injury prevention.
I work with any team sport or individual
1:1 training allows me the opportunity to assess range of movement and help change old movement patterns to healthier ones.
