About me

After having 3 children and a spinal injury, I really had to up my game to stay strong as well as mobile and flexible.  After project-managing my own rehab, I learnt a lot about what it takes to look after your body and keep it functioning at it’s best..  

Working for the NHS for many years, I was dismayed to see so many people struggling to progress after injury or illness mainly due to the lack of a holistic approach.

By using the principles of yoga alongside my Personal Training knowledge to work on breathing, the physical body and nutrition I can really give the best that I can to my clients.

  • Yoga Teacher ( 200 hour)

  • Pre and Post Natal Instructor

17 years as a Personal Trainer and yoga teacher, 10 years working in an NHS (UK health care) rehabilitation setting where I ran Cardiac Rehabilitation sessions and worked 1 to 1 with people recovering from joint replacement, back pain and sports injury.
